UNIO Design Studio specialises in high-value residential, hospitality, and mixed-use development — working exclusively on the developer and owner side. We direct design from brief through construction: spatial strategy, multi-discipline consultant governance, brand standard compliance, and stage-gate delivery.
Our confirmed project portfolio exceeds 1.3M sqm across Turkey, Montenegro, Portugal, Hungary, Spain, Ireland, Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Doha, and Kuwait — including ultra-luxury programmes with Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, and Ritz-Carlton.
UNIO is co-founded by Eti Kastoryano Venturero and Oğuz Emre Bal — architects with 15+ years of experience directing luxury hospitality, branded residential, and mixed-use programmes across Europe and the GCC.
We work exclusively developer-side: translating brief into spatial logic, managing multi-discipline consultant structures, and maintaining design authority from concept through construction.
